This villa is built from crisp white stone-clad volumes of varying heights and depths, with a deep covered porch sheltering the main entrance and garage. Dark recessed glazing and glass-railed balconies on the first floor add contrast against the pale stone, and separate Men's and Ladies' Majlis rooms sit close to the entrance.

02. Exterior Design
White stone-clad boxes of different heights and setbacks form the main massing, with dark recessed glazing marking the entrance and a vertical strip window beside it finished in timber-look panelling. A deep covered porch with a dark soffit shelters the main entrance and a two-car garage bay behind timber-panelled doors, while the first floor steps back behind a glass balustrade balcony overlooking the porch roof below.
