02. Exterior Design
Flat, dark charcoal-grey rendered volumes stack and offset against each other with minimal articulation — no cornices, no contrasting cladding bands, and only occasional vertical fin screens breaking up the glazing. A recessed double-height entrance bay is lit from within, and black-framed windows are kept deliberately small and irregular against the large plain wall surfaces, giving the whole composition a stark, sculptural quality, especially in this night-time render.
