Luxury Contemporary Villa Interior — Full Home Fit-Out

Luxury Contemporary Villa Interior — Full Home Fit-Out

01. Project Overview

This project is a complete interior fit-out across eight principal rooms of a large villa — a double-height entrance hall, three separate living/majlis rooms, a home office/library, and three bedrooms. The material palette is consistent throughout: warm marble and stone flooring, brass and gold-tone fixtures, upholstered wall panelling, and sculptural branch-form chandeliers, giving every room a coherent, contemporary-luxury identity while each is styled with its own colour accent.

02. Entrance Hall & Living Spaces

A double-height entrance hall sets the tone, anchored by a full-height book-matched marble feature wall, a sculptural ring-mirror art installation, and a cascading crystal-and-brass chandelier, with twin bouclé sofas facing a recessed TV wall. The three living/majlis rooms that follow each take a different tonal direction — one in ivory and olive-green with a floating leaf chandelier and framed abstract art; one in warm brown and cream with a decorative fluted room divider and bonsai planting; and one in taupe and burgundy with floor-length drapery and a sculptural pendant light — while sharing the same panelled-wall, brass-accent language.

03. Study & Bedrooms

The home office/library pairs a backlit wood shelving wall stocked with books and objets with a marble desk and gold-framed seating, lit by a sculptural brass ring pendant. The three bedrooms vary in mood — a lavender-and-grey suite with a panelled fabric headboard wall and dressing area, a botanical-wallpaper suite in soft neutrals with a arched fabric headboard, and a formal marble-floored master suite with a channel-tufted upholstered wall and layered florals and brass detailing — all unified by the same crystal-and-brass pendant fixtures used throughout the home.

04. Design Notes

The strength of this project is consistency at scale — eight very different rooms are tied together by a repeated material and lighting language (marble, brass, upholstered panelling, branch-form chandeliers) rather than by repeating the same colour scheme, letting each room have its own identity within one coherent home.
