01. Project Overview
This villa's defining move is a dark, box-like upper volume that cantilevers out over a warm timber-clad ground floor, creating a sheltered covered terrace beneath. The same black-and-timber material pairing is carried through to the boundary wall and matching pedestrian and vehicle gates, giving the whole street frontage a single, deliberate identity.

02. Exterior Design
A flat-roofed black volume cantilevers forward over the ground floor, its underside lined in warm timber slatting that continues down into a covered outdoor terrace at ground level. Large black-framed glazing wraps the corner beneath the cantilever, while the boundary wall and matching gates repeat the same grey block and vertical timber-strip language as the house itself, tying the whole frontage together.
